We have a range of Honing machines having different capacities from dia. 25 mm to dia. 500 mm and for length up to 10,000 mm. Having wide range of CNC machines for finishing operations of all types of end covers Pistons and all precision components with which we are able to achieve better performance and inter changeability.
Longer Components like tubes and piston rods of dia. 400 mm & length up to 3000 mm are also turned on CNC machines of higher range. We have MMAW(Manual Metal Arc welding), Co2 welding facilities and the process are qualified for ‘X’ Ray / UT(Ultrasonic testing), RT(Radiographic Testing), MPT(Magnetic particle testing) tests.
